What This Page Does

Strategy Models is a simulation tool that lets you model "what if" scenarios. Choose a strategic posture — aggressive growth, steady-state, or defensive — and see how projected metrics (Koray Score, tier progression, ranking distribution) would change. Compare multiple models side-by-side to make data-driven strategy decisions.

Getting Started

  1. Create a new model or select an existing one
  2. Choose a posture — this adjusts generator weights and investment levels
  3. View projected outcomes — tier gate progress, Koray score trends, ranking distribution
  4. Compare models side-by-side to evaluate trade-offs

Key Features

  • Tier gate simulation — see when you'd pass Growth or Authority gates under each posture
  • Generator coverage grid — which SCIS generators are enabled/disabled per model
  • Momentum drivers — top factors accelerating or dragging progress
  • Action categories — projected recommendation mix (technical, content, links)

Tips & Best Practices

  • Run at least 2 models (current trajectory + aggressive) to understand the opportunity cost
  • The "steady-state" model is useful for maintenance planning after reaching Authority tier
  • Check momentum drivers to identify which actions have the highest leverage
  • Tier gate overrides in models take priority over default gates
