What This Page Does
The Strategy Board turns your SCIS recommendations into an actionable kanban workflow. Drag cards between columns to track implementation progress. When you move a card to "In Progress", Korvex captures baseline metrics. When a CMS-connected recommendation deploys, it auto-promotes to "Deployed". The outcome tracker measures impact and auto-promotes to "Completed".

Getting Started
Columns represent the recommendation lifecycle:

|---|---|---|
| Pending | Backlog — awaiting prioritisation | Default state |
| In Progress | Being worked on | Baseline metrics captured |
| Deployed | Live on website | Auto-set by CMS executor |
| Completed | Outcome measured | Auto-set by outcome tracker |
| Dismissed | Won't implement | Unblocks dependents |
Key Features
- Drag-and-drop — move cards between columns to update status
- Auto-promotion — CMS deployment and outcome measurement happen automatically
- Filters — filter by category, priority, assigned user, or page
- Card details — click for evidence, impact prediction, and implementation notes
- Dependency tracking — some cards are blocked until prerequisites complete
Tips & Best Practices
- Don't skip the board — drag cards through stages to ensure proper lifecycle tracking
- The Deployed → Completed transition requires
time_to_impact_daysto elapse (typically 14-30 days) - Dismissing a recommendation removes it from dependent recommendations' blocking lists
- Connect your CMS (WordPress/Shopify/Webflow) for automatic deployment
