What This Page Does

URL Assignments creates a definitive mapping between keywords and pages. When multiple pages rank for the same keyword, you have cannibalisation — Google doesn't know which page to show, so both rank lower. This tool assigns one target URL per keyword, enabling SCIS to generate focused recommendations.

Getting Started

  1. View the assignment table — keywords with their current ranking URL and assigned target URL
  2. Mismatches are highlighted — where the ranking URL differs from the assigned URL
  3. Click to reassign a keyword to a different URL
  4. Auto-suggest recommends the best target based on content relevance and entity coverage

  • Cannibalisation detection — highlights keywords ranking on multiple URLs
