Korvex offers multiple subscription tiers designed to scale with your agency's needs. Each tier includes specific allocations for:

- Client slots — Maximum number of active client accounts
- API rate limits — Requests per minute for data exports and integrations

Accessing Billing Settings
Navigate to Settings > Billing to access your subscription management dashboard. This centralized hub provides complete visibility into your account's financial details and usage metrics.
Billing Dashboard Overview
Your billing dashboard displays key account information:
- Current Plan — Active subscription tier, billing cycle, and next renewal date
- Usage Metrics — Real-time tracking of keywords used, active clients, and API consumption
- Invoice History — Chronological list of all invoices with PDF download options
- Payment Method — Credit card or ACH details currently on file
- Billing Alerts — Configurable notifications for renewals and usage thresholds
Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading Your Plan
Request tier upgrades directly through the billing dashboard by clicking Request Upgrade. Your account manager will contact you within 24 hours to process the change and discuss pricing.
Adding Client Slots
Expand your client capacity without changing tiers by purchasing additional slots. Use the Add Clients button to specify the number of slots needed.
Increasing Keyword Limits
Scale your keyword tracking by purchasing additional monthly allowances. Click Expand Keywords to add tracking capacity to your current plan.
Updating Payment Information
Keep your payment details current by selecting Update Payment Method. The platform accepts major credit cards and ACH bank transfers for enterprise accounts.
