How many users can I add?

Pro plans include 10 users. Growth plans include 25. Enterprise plans have unlimited users. Every plan supports all four roles. Additional users can be added to any plan at $12/user/month.

How do I set up SSO?

Go to Settings, then Security, then SSO. Paste your SAML 2.0 metadata URL or configure Google Workspace with your domain. New users who sign in via SSO are automatically provisioned with a default role you choose.

How long is the audit log retained?

Audit logs are retained for 90 days on all plans. Enterprise plans can extend retention to 1 year. All log entries are exportable as CSV or JSON for compliance archiving.

Can I restrict access to specific features?

Roles control feature access. Viewers can see dashboards and reports but cannot modify anything. Analysts can manage keywords, recommendations, and content but cannot change settings or billing. Admins and Owners have full access.
